| 摘 要： | 蹴鞠，起源于传说中的黄帝时期，发展于汉魏，繁盛于唐宋，至明清渐衰落。汉魏时期的蹴鞠运动具有浓厚的对抗竞技性，作为军队训练的手段，受到统治者和军队的重视。唐代则向单纯的娱乐健身性发展，成为一大社会民欲，逐渐失去了军事竞技和训练的作用。宋代蹴鞠运动职业化，表演色彩浓厚，出现了专业组织。自明以后在宫中遭禁，转向民间发展。

| Abstract: | Cuju(an ancient Chinese football game),originated from the legendary Huangdi period Emperor,developed in the Han and Wei Dynasty,prospered in the Tang and Song Dynasty and declined gradually till Ming Dynasty.This game had strong antaganistic contest nature in the Han Wei period ,it was paid much attention to by the rulers and the military as a means of military training.Duriny Tang Dyasty,it became a social custom, with the function of amusement and body-building and lost its function of military contest and training gradually. In the Song Dynasty,Cuju became professional,with a color of strong performance color.At the same time, professional organization appeared. It was forbidden in the palace but became popular among the common people since Ming Dynasty. |
