| 摘 要： | 高校基层党组织直接担负学生党建工作重任。在新形势下高校党建存在学生党员质量不高的问题。需要着重加强对学生党员队伍的思想建设以及学生党组织建设,并通过社会实践进行党性锻炼,把高校学生党建工作作为高校人才培养的"龙头"工作。

| Abstract: | Party's primary branches in the college are in charge of Party's organizational work among the students. Low-quality of student Party members is a current problem appearing in the organizational work. So the student Party members need to be educated idealogically and organizationally, and to stand a test in social practice. Party's organizational work must be taken as the leading one in cultivating college students. |
