| 摘 要： | 社会转型期为高职教育的发展提供了契机。怎样从教学计划、教学方式、实践教学等方面体现以能力教育为主线，培养所需的实用人才是高职教育改革的当务之急。提出以行业需求为主导，以能力培养为主线，以行业“订单”为目标的培养模式。

| Abstract: | The development of the society has created a good opportunity for the further development of advanced vocational education.It is urgent for the advanced vocational education innovation that how to put the ability education firstly from teaching program,teaching style and practice teaching aspect etc,increasing innovation,and trainning the person with ability which needed of the transition. |
