超细Sb_2O_3微粉的合成与阻燃特性

摘    要:用3种不同的湿化学方法合成了超细Sb2O3粉末,XRD研究表明所制得的3种样品均为斜方晶系,并由谢乐公式算得3种样品的晶粒度,均为纳米级.用EDS测量了样品纯度,用SEM测量了样品的形貌,对样品的白度也进行了测量.用TG、DSC等热分析方法对Sb2O3的阻燃特性作了研究,对其阻燃机理作了探讨

Abstract:Ultrafine Sb 2O 3 powders were prepared by three different wet chemical methods; XRD showed that three samples all were trapezius crystal, and the auerage grain sizes of the specimens all were within 100nm determined by the Scherrer formular. The chemical of the specimen was measured by EDS, the morphology was measured by SEM, the white degree of the specimen aslo was measured. The retarding characteristics were studied by TG, DSC and its retarding mechanism was discussed.
