| Abstract: | The urbanization is a natural development process. Any step that wants to impede and restrict rural populations transferring to towns and cities should be abolished, in order to the farmers obtain the transfer right to the towns and cities. Speeding up reform and innovation of system of household registration actively are the important measure to promote the urbanization development of Chuxiong Yi nationality autonomous prefecture and to accelerate moderately prosperous society establishing. |
