高职院校“一体化双师型”教师资格标准研究

摘    要:"一体化双师型"教师是指既具有教师系列职称,又具有实际工作经验和专业技术职称,集理论教学能力和实践教学能力于一体的专业教师。他们应分为初、中、高三个级别,每个级别的教师都要满足理论教学能力、实践教学能力、技术应用实践、教师系列职称和专业技术职称等五个方面的要求。

Abstract:"Integrated double certificates" teachers are professional teachers who have both titles of teachers and techniques.These teachers integrate theoretical teaching ability with practical teaching ability.The titles should be divided into three levels which are primary,middle and high.Teachers of each level need to reach five requirements such as theory teaching ability,practical teaching ability,technology application practice,titles of both teachers and expertise.
