摘    要:根据系统论的观点,高校设计实践育人体系,要把实践育人工作摆在人才培养的重要位置,落实实践育人参与面、受益面的全体性要求,坚持课堂实践教学人人参与,社会实践开展广泛,校园媒体、网站全覆盖;要充分了解实践育人在学科专业中的地位和作用,贯穿专业人才培养始终,坚持实践育人与专业教育结合不断线,加强专业文化建设,打造专业教育与实践育人的共享基地,完善实习过程思想品德考察;要从目标设计、过程控制、条件保障着手,统筹推进实践育人各项工作。

Abstract:According to system theory, it' s of essential for universities to put practice education in an important place in its desig- ning. It is a collective requirement to implement the participation and benefit of education system. It insists the class participation of everyone, wide promotion of social practice, coverage of campus media and internet. It requires full appreciation of practice educa- tion' s role and influence in specialty study. The construction of specialty culture should be strengthened, the shared base of special- ty education and practice education should be cultivated and to perfect the examination of moral cultivation in practice. To give im- petus to every aspect of education should be carried out from the perspective of target designing, process control and condition insur- ance.
