| 摘 要： | 在管理界,团队的作用有目共睹,但都还处在建立单一团队的范畴.对建立以团队为基础的组织的研究并不多见.论文根据团队的特点和优点,提出构建一种基于团队的、从战略层到战术层直到操作层的新型组织结构,以更好地发挥团队优势,提升企业管理水平.
