| 摘 要： | 职业技能大赛是职业教育的重要载体,但其目标是有限的。我们在客观地认识职业技能大赛的价值、效用的同时,一定要理性辩证地思考技能大赛可能引发的负面影响,尽量避免陷入"单面教育"、"精英教育"、"应试教育"误区和"唯赛是论"的价值取向。职业院校在参与技能大赛的过程中应正确认识并处理好大赛的集训模式与日常教育、关注个体与面向全体、操作技能与职业能力、名利得失与公平竞技等关系。

| Abstract: | The vocational skills competition is an important carrier of vocational education, but its goal is limited. We realize objectively the value and utility of the vocational skills competition, while we must think about the negative effects arising from the skills competition rationally and dialectically, try to avoid the pitfalls of ＂one-sided education＂, ＂elite education＂ and ＂exam-oriented education＂ and the competition-centered orientation. During the process of participating in the skills competition, the vocational colleges should correctly realize and handle the relationships between the training mode and daily education, between caring individual and facing crew, between the operating skills and the professional ability and between the gain and loss of fame and gain and fair competition. |
