| 摘 要： | 摘要：从价值的角度看，产学研合作创新网络就是一个价值网。基于此，本文从价值网的视角，分析了产学研合作创新网络主体间的网络关系；研究了产学研合作创新网络的若干特性；结合这些特性以及网络组织动态创新能力维度，从主体退出通道、环境监察能力、学习机制、能力协调与耦合等方面，探讨了产学研合作创新网络动态创新能力的培养。
