| 摘 要： | 美国教育快速发展的主要经验有：良好的外部条件为美国教育的发展提供了沃壤和动力；美国人民有重视教育的传统，美国政府始终把教育当作立国之本的战略大事来抓；美国在创办教育的过程中，善于吸取欧洲各国的先进经验；注意调动国家和地方发展教育的积极性。结合我国的具体实际，提出了加快我国教育发展的建议：要加快我国教育发展，就要努力发展经济，创造我国教育发展的良好外部环境；国家和地方政府要切实重视教育，把发展教育当作落实“科教兴国”战略的大事来抓；要大胆改革不适应我国社会主义市场经济发展要求的旧的教育思想、观念和体制，要切实重视教育理论研究和教育实验等。

| Abstract: | The main historical Experiences of the rapidly developing American education are:Profitable external conditions offer the fertile land and motive force for the American education;The American People emphasize education traditionally and the goverment reguards education as the foundation of the country;In course of establishing edacation,the American wisely absorbs the advanced experiences of the Equopean;The American pay graet attention to arouse the enthusiasm of the state and local goverment.Based on the readity of our country,some suggestions are putforward to wasten the development of our country's education:We should spare no efforts to develop our economy and create beneficial external conditions for education;Our state and local goverments should attach great attentions to educution and rely on science and education to rejuvenate our country;The old educational thoughts,concepts and systems must be reformed in order to fit our socialist market economy;More attentions should be payed to the research of educational theory and experiments. |
