| 摘 要： | 在刑法理论和实践中，行为人购买假币后又使用假币或出售、运输假币同时又使用假币数行为的具体应用法律问题比较复杂。本文从各行为的作用对象入手，详细分析了作用于不同对象的数行为的性质和法律责任，意欲为完善司法实践活动提供对策。

| Abstract: | In the theory and practice of the criminal law, the law applications are very complex in several acts in which the act - taker buys and uses counterfeited currencies or sells, transports and uses counterfeited currencies. The paper elaborates the nature and criminal liability of several acts on different objects based on individual acts so as to provide countermeasures to perfect judicial practice. |
