| 摘 要： | 苏联的解体首先是因为作为政党组织的苏共走向衰败。本文以普通社会组织的视角,从任何社会组织要能可持续发展,必须具备的要素,如有良好的组织生存环境、足够的组织生存发展合法性、合理的组织结构、健全的组织运行体制等入手分析苏共存在的问题。
