| 摘 要： | 采用理论研究与深度访谈方法,识别出了竞争性联盟治理过程中的三个关键变量,即联盟结构、机会主义风险与绩效水平,并采用数理方法对它们进行了建模分析。研究发现:机会主义风险会降低联盟专用性资产的投入水平,但选择紧密的联盟结构有助于缓解这一弊端;结构模式和机会主义水平对联盟绩效具有显著影响关系,但影响方向和程度与知识溢出水平相关,当知识溢出水平较低时,利润水平与机会主义风险负相关,与联盟结构紧密程度正相关;知识溢出较高时则相反。

| Abstract: | Based on theoretical analysis and deep interviews,this paper distinguishes three critical variables,including alliance structure,opportunistic risk and performance,for the management of competitive alliances.It constructs a mathematic model for these three variables to analyze their relationships.Results show that,opportunistic risk can decrease the investment of special assets for the alliance,but intensive structure is beneficial to overcome this defect.Further,structure and opportunistic risk significantly determine the performance,depending on the spillover.Profitability of the alliance can be increased with the decreasing of opportunistic risk and the increasing of alliance structure when the spillover is low or moderate,however,opposite results can be obtained when spillover is high. |
