| 摘 要： | 利用文献资料对体育生活方式理论提出的时代必然性,学校《体育与健康》教育与体育生活方式的关系进行了分析.揭示了学校体育与健康教育应以培养学生的体育生活方式为主要目标,改变传统的体育教育教学观念和课程结构,以“健康第一”指导思想为主线,创造、构建多元的校园体育文化氛围,为社会培养全面合格的人才服务.

| Abstract: | By using the document data method the paper brings forward the necessity of the theory of the sport life style.It analyzes relations between PE health and the sport life style,and points out that the education of sport health should aim at the development of students' sport life style at collegesaud universities,and we should change our traditional view on the physical education and restructure the courses.With the view of "health is first",diversification of sport cultural atmosphere should be created in the college and it will cultivate the qualified students for our society. |
