| 摘 要： | 中国历史上有几次影响比较大的文化转型。文化转型的强烈内需可以繁荣翻译事业,翻译活动的发展则会加速文化转型的进程。翻译的目的和任务都受到当时译语文化的内部需求的制约。文化发展引导着翻译的策略取向,作为文化交流的重要手段,翻译应该以繁荣民族文化和世界文化为目的,采取偏重异化的翻译方法。文化转型期中大规模的翻译活动奠定了中国传统翻译理论的基础,对汉语和中国文学产生了重大影响。

| Abstract: | There are several influential cultural transformations in Chinese history. The intense internal need of cultural transformation can prosper translation, and the development of translation activities can speed up the processes of the transformation. The aim and task of translation are restrained by the internal need of the target culture. The development of culture guides the strategy of translation, and as a means of communication between different cultures, translation should aim at prospering national and world culture by adopting foreignization as the basic strategy of translation. A large scale of translation activities during the transformation periods laid the foundation of traditional translation theory in China and exerted a great influence on Chinese language and literature. |
