| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析精益思想体系的基本原则及与当代主流管理思想的对比研究，提出了“以精益思想为指导，以精益企业为目标，以企业价值流的再造为途径和以信息化建设为支撑，整合优秀管理方法，走内部挖潜型的精益创新之路”的具有中国特色的企业创新模式的基本原理，进而探讨了我国传统企业通向精益化企业的指导思想和实施精益创新的战略框架，为中国企业的管理创新提供了一种新途径。

| Abstract: | This text analyses the basic principle of the precise benefit ideological system and studies with the contrast of managing the thought of the contemporary mainstreaming,Having proposed that "regards precise benefit thought as guidelines,regard precise benefit enterprise as the goal,the ones that flow are given a new lease of life to as support the way and information construction with enterprise's value,if combine outstanding office procedure,walk inside precise benefit distance of innovation of person who tap the latent power"Probe into of our country traditional enterprise lead to precise benefit guidelines of enterprise and implement precise strategic frame that benefit innovate,have offered a kind of new way for management innovation of Chinese enterprises. |
