On the methods to protect patented rights in colleges and universities |

| Abstract: | In line with the current state of scientific research and protection of patented rights in China's polytechnic colleges, the article suggests methods for strengthening the protection and development of patented rights in the context of emerging intellectual economy in the new century so that the R&D results in the campus may enjoy an overall legal protection. In this way, a better cycle may be coming into being and our educational undertakings see an allround development. |
