| 摘 要： | 技术为教与学提供了一种全新的平台和工具,但同时给教师带来了认识和运用上的困惑,给学生带来了认知和使用上的障碍。技术一方面变革了学习要素,另一方面新型学习方式的构建又必须依赖技术的参与,技术成为提高学习者学习效能的一种重要力量。技术参与改变了学习系统各要素,从而形成了一种基于信息技术的新型学习方式 ,这实质上是一种高技术条件下的学习(rTBL :rich-Technology-Based Learning)。

| Abstract: | Technology provides teaching and learning with a new platform and tools, as a result it brings teachers and students with difficulties in cognition and application. Technology is reforming learning factors and at the same time advanced technology is required to construct a new learning mode since technology is an important factor to enhance learning efficiency. The participation of technology has changed all factors of learning system, and a rich-Technology-Based Learning mode has come into being. |
