| 摘 要： | 电子证据是随着微电子技术、尤其是计算机、互联网及其相关设备、软件的出现而产生的一种新证据,随着数字化时代的来临,电子证据将日益频繁地出现在民事诉讼中,发挥着越来越重要的作用。电子证据也是我国诉讼法研究中比较新的课题,需要更深入地研究与探讨。

| Abstract: | Electronic evidence becomes new evidence as the appearance of micro-electronics technology especially computer, Internet, other facilities and soft wares. As the digital times comes near, the electronic evidence will frequently present in common pleas and play a more and more important role. Electronic evidence is a new research topic of Chinese common pleas. Tried to start with the concept and characteristic of electronic evidence the author mainly analyzed its legal status and the collection method, so that advance legislation. |
