温州家族企业人力资源管理现状及对策研究

摘    要:人力资源是企业的重要资源。企业的前进,组织的发展,归根结底都依赖于人的推动,依赖于员工团队智慧的发挥和有效的协作。温州家族企业在人力资源管理上普遍存在家族化倾向,虽然有其理性的一面,但也存在诸多弊端。本文分析了温州家族企业人力资源管理中存在的弊端、形成的原因并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:Human resources are essential to an enterprise, as the development of an enterprise and the improvement of an organization depend on the efforts of human being and the cooperation among every member of a team. The management of Wenzhou enterprises has the trend of household management. Although the existence of the system has its own reason, it does have many drawbacks. This article analyzes the drawbacks in human resource management of Wenzhou household enterprises, the cause and then it puts forward the countermeasure to cope with them.
