| 摘 要： | 中小企业是我国国民经济中最活跃的经济成分,它的持续、稳定、健康发展对我国经济增长具有极其重要的意义.在中小企业的生存与发展过程中,人才起了关键性的作用,如何将合适的人才吸引进企业便成为中小企业管理者十分关心的问题.作者通过对中小企业的特点、现状分析,提出了中小企业吸引适用人才策略,可供同行参考.
