| 摘 要： | 为进一步提高体育课堂教学质量,更好地实现学校体育任务,分别从分层教学的必要性、分层的方法、制定适宜的教学目标和学习评价、运用"合作小组"学习贯穿课堂始终等方面进行了阐述,认为"分层"与"合作小组"相结合的课堂教学组织模式,符合"以学生为中心"的教育理念和基础教育改革的发展趋势,可以充分调动学生学习积极性,提高教学质量。
