| 摘 要： | 近年来,高新技术企业的竞争更多地表现为连续、高效、敏捷的R＆D核心能力的竞争。其中,基于绩效测度与控制的R＆D团队的有效治理是关键。在此,从绩效测度机制、绩效控制机制、冲突管理机制、激励机制、知识管理机制、产权机制等6个方面对近年来国内外大量关于R＆D团队治理机制的研究进行了综述分析,并提出R＆D团队治理机制有待于更深一步研究的问题。

| Abstract: | Since the recent years,more and more competitions of high-tech enterprises demonstrate continuous,efficient,swift competition of the nuclear ability of R&D,the key to which is the efficient governance of the R&D team. Based on the comprehensive analysis of many researches on the R&D team's governance mechanisms both abroad and domestic in the recent years,it discusses some questions about the R&D team's governance mechanisms on six aspects:performance measurement mechanism,performance control mechanism,conflict management mechanism,incentive mechanism,knowledge management mechanism,and intellectual property right mechanism. |
