| 摘 要： | 法律意识的核心就是法律信仰、法律精神。对“法律基础”课进行教学改革是高校对在校生法律意识教育和培养的主要途径，法制德育课的根本目的不只是为了获取丰富的法律知识，更主要的是培养法律意识，树立法律精神，坚定法律信仰。
