| Abstract: | Based on the 29th Beijing Olympic Games,this essay elaborates the intellectual property right protection on products with Olympic Marks.It's well accepted that the International Olympic Committee enjoys the exclusive right of Olympic Marks.Then the infringement of the intellectual property right of products with Olympic Mark and its remedies are discussed. |
