| 摘 要： | 运用卢布姆“掌握学习”原理，在大学体育教学加以尝试性实验。结果证明，大学生对通过身躯努力，所掌握的运动技能有较深的感性及理性认识，喜好程度明显超过一般体育教学过程中的大多数运动项目，且运用习得的一技之长，进行娱乐健身的次数明显增加。
