| 摘 要： | 市场经济运行是以产权规则的设置与完善为前提的。市场经济不仅是资源配置的方式，也是一种产权制度的运动形式。明晰界定的产权是形成合理的价格、促进市场交易与竞争的基础。产权是构造责、权、利内在统一的激励与约束机制。

| Abstract: | Market economy is established on the base of the complete asset right system. It is not only the way how resources are allocated but also a kind of the operation of asset right system. A clear asset right system is the base of rational price, marketing exchanges and competition. It is a kind of stimulative and restrictive system integrated with duty, right and interest. |
