| 摘 要： | 公共图书馆无障碍建筑环境应具备便捷性、安全性、实用性及可持续性。目前，美国、日本及我国台湾地区的公共图书馆无障碍建筑环境已经在政策、理论及实践方面取得了较好的成绩，而我国大陆地区的公共图书馆无障碍建筑环境的实践刚刚起步，仍需要进一步完善和更新。2011年文化部对公共图书馆提出“无障碍、零门槛进入”的要求，公共图书馆应该抓住时代赋予的新机遇，将无障碍建筑环境建设纳入图书馆立法体系，引入“多方参与”的设计理念，注重无障碍设计细节，并加入通用设计理念，以创建公共图书馆无障碍建筑新环境。
