| 摘 要： | 南京工业大学图书馆在文献资源建设观念方面,充分挖掘网络资源,拓宽采购渠道,深化以人为本的理念,加强同行间的互动、学习和交流;在文献资源质量建设方面,加大文献加工质量的监控力度,加大用户参与文献资源建设的深度和广度,深化定向服务;在工作创新方面,转变资源加工模式,调整岗位分工,进行全方位的资源整合,加强和完善特藏资源库建设。其创新资源建设观念、谋求质量建设新突破、开创工作求发展的做法提高了馆藏文献资源的利用率,迎合了读者需求,推动了高校图书馆各项工作与服务的开展。
