| 摘 要： | 青年专业技术人员是青年群体中的“佼佼者”，他们具有良好的综合素质，热爱祖国，关心国家大事，政治思想稳定、健康，对中国特色社会主义的光明前景充满信心，是建设中国特色社会主义生力军的重要组成部分。他们秉承了中华传统美德，具有良好的社会公德、职业道德和家庭美德。他们遵纪守法，乐于助人，爱岗敬业，勇于奉献，是建立和谐社会的重要力量之一。在肯定主流的前提下，加强青年专业技术人员思想道德教育的任务仍然相当艰巨。

| Abstract: | As a talent group, young professional and technical staff have good overall quality. They love the motherland, concerned with national affairs and have stable political and ideological quality. They are full of confidence with the prospects of socialism with Chinese characteristics. They inherit the traditional virtues of the Chinese and have good social ethics, professional ethics and fami- ly virtues. As one of the important force in building a harmonious society, they are law-abiding, helpful, dedicated and ready to sacrifice. In the premise of affirming the mainstream, it is still arduous to strengthen the ideological and moral education of young professional and technical personnel. |
