| 摘 要： | 中国远程开放教育近30年的历史发展，取得了巨大的成绩与成功。尤其是近10年在Internet万维网络发展的带动下，我国远程开放教育的学习支持系统发生了根本的变化。已经由原来单纯的电视与广播授课辅导，发展为现在以网络支持系统为主，以电视教育网络为辅的多维学习支持系统。比较世界上著名的开放大学，包括美国、英国和中国开放大学的学习支持系统的服务与功能，分析与总结中国开放远程教育学习支持系统的发展与完善方向。

| Abstract: | Chinese Open and Distance Education has made great achievements and success in the nearly 30-year history development. Especially in the development of the Internet World Wide Web network in the past 10 years, the Chinese Open and Distance Education learning support system has been changed fundamentally. It has been developed from mere television and radio medium counseling system to the multi-dimensional learning support systems, as with the main network-based supporting system to the television education network system as supplementing. By comparison to the learning support services and functions of the system of the world famous open universities including Hong Kong, the United States, the United Kingdom and China Open University, it has been analyzed and summed up the Chinese Open Distance Education learning-supporting system development and improvement direction. |
