| 摘 要： | 以邵阳市为例,在分析了邵阳市城市绿地系统规划与建设现状与问题的基础上着重探讨了构建可持续发展城市绿地系统规划与建设问题,认为城市绿地规划要根据当地自然环境条件,体现可持续发展理念,突出区域特征,强调改善生物多样性及生态环境,实现城市区域社会、经济、环境和空间的协调发展.

| Abstract: | Taking Shaoyang City as an example,the writer of this essay pays great attention to discuss the issues concerning sustainable development of city green-land planning and construction,based on the analysis of current condition and problems existed in urban greenery system of Shaoyang City.The author believes that urban green area planning,in the light of the local natural surrounding condition,ought to embody the concept of sustainable development,highlight the regional characteristics,and underscore the improvement of bio-diversity and eco-environment,so it can achieve the urban regional coordinate development in society,economy,environment and space. |
