| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自拟通便汤治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效．方法：将68例老年性便秘患者随机分为两组，治疗组37例服用自拟通便汤，对照组31例口服麻仁丸，1周为1个疗程，根据病情治疗1～3个疗程后观察疗效．结果：治疗组总有效率为94．59％，对照组总有效率为70．97％，两组间疗效有显著性差异（P〈0．01）．结论：自拟通便汤治疗老年性便秘临床疗效显著，且标本兼治，值得临床推广．

| Abstract: | The treatment group of 37 cases is given homemade laxative for 1 -3 treatment courses. The result is that the effect rate is 94.5%. The conclusion is that the self - made laxative is effective in treatment. |
