| 摘 要： | 物流管理是继降低资源消耗、提高劳动生产率之后的“第三利润源泉”。挖掘这种源泉的关键是加强物流管理的信息化建设。从长远说,需要政府、软件开发商、物流企业协同作战,制定一个统一的、长远的物流信息化发展战略。从具体操作上可根据目前的实际从三个方面入手:一是软件拆分,小型化,降低物流信息化的门槛,先满足企业的基础信息化;二是系统信息开放化,大量引入“面向服务”的设计方法;三是多方参与,促成行业平台的形成和集成。

| Abstract: | After reducing resource cost,improving work efficiency,logistics management becomes the third profit-point.The key step to make logistics management more effective is computerization.In long term,it's necessary to make a punitive,persistent logistics management developing strategy,which needs Government,software developer and logistics enterprises cooperate together closely.According to the present facts,following measures are recommended.First,splitting complex information system into independent parts to match basic requirement of enterprises.Second,designing information system based on Service-Orient Architecture.Third,government,software developer and logistics enterprises cooperate together to develop and perfect the logistics management platform. |
