| 摘 要： | 网络计算机(NC)是近期发展较为迅速的一项新技术。本文介绍了NC的概念、发展、以及与PC的比较;结合一个NC在多媒体网络教室中的应用实例,阐述了NC所具有的优点,即发展NC不仅能降低成本、有利于信息安全管理,而且有利于我国发展自主知识产权、提升我国产业核心竞争力;肯定了NC在我国信息产业发展中的广阔前景。
