| 摘 要： | 基于现有文献缺乏从信息需求角度对证券分析师进行研究，本文专门从投资者对证券分析师的信息需求的角度开展问卷调查，对投资者对证券分析师的信息重视程度、对证券分析师信息效率评价及其信息需求特征几方面情况的统计分析。研究结论表明，证券分析师的投资建议的信息质量不高，整体素质和水平还有待进一步提高，同时我国证券分析师也要求肩负起教育投资者的义务。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the information efficiency provided by security analysts from the perspective of investors' demand. By statistic analysis of the attention paid, efficiency evaluation and characteristics of information demanded by investors, it is found that the quality of information provided by security analysts is not high, and needs further improvement. Meanwhile, security analysts should shoulder the responsibilities to educate the investors. |
