| 摘 要： | 商事信用是信用在商事领域的具体体现。随着商事交易的频繁及扩大，商事信用在现代商事活动中的作用愈发重要。市场经济是信用经济，商业信用构成商事制度和商事关系的基础，它应被定位为一种物化信用和客观信用，并加以法律化和制度化，以提高交易效率和企业竞争力，保护交易安全。

| Abstract: | Credit in legal sense is a social evaluation of the objective ability of a business to repay debts. Business credit is the embodiment of credit in the field of business. Market economy is a credit economy and business credit is the basis of business system and business relationship. Business credit should be regarded as materialized and objective credit and should be legalized and institutionalized so as to improve the efficiency of transactions, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and protect the safety of transactions. |
