摘    要:运用ANSYS有限元仿真方法对某轴流式水轮机叶片在根部加厚前后的应力、变形及模态进行了研究,分析了应力缓冲槽对应力降低的贡献.结果表明,根部加厚后水轮机叶片法兰与内缘交接处应力集中现象得到显著改善.

Abstract:Some research on the stress, deformation and modal of the root of an axle flowing type hydraulic turbine before and after thickening are made through ANSYS finite element emulation method. And the effect of stress buffer trough for reducing the stress is analyzed. The conclusion is that the condition of stress concentrating on the joint of hydraulic turbine blade flange and inner edge is improved notably.
