| 摘 要： | 随着大学生的阅读需求的变化,图书馆员也要与时俱进,时刻关注读者的阅读倾向,及时掌握读者的阅读需求,补缺与更新图书馆的馆藏资源,分类整理纸质资源,适量采购当下热门的考研与计算机、英语考级资料等。而电子资源的建设更是重中之重,要对现有电子图书及数据库等进行更新与维护,积极扩大电子资源的阅读范围,制定合理的电子资源采购政策,使电子资源能够合理有序积极稳妥地发展,从而有助于提高图书馆的馆藏建设。
