| 摘 要： | 风险补偿金是国家助学贷款风险分担机制的重要组成部分，是保证国家助学贷款顺利实施的有效条件之一。实践过程中，在风险补偿金的比例确定、归集方式、使用机制、用后追偿等方面还需进一步探讨和改进，从而推进国家助学贷款工作的全面落实。

| Abstract: | Risk compensation plays an important part in the national student loan risk-sharing mechanism,as well as being one of effective conditions to ensure the smooth implementation of the national student loan.In practice,in order to thoroughly promote the work of the national student loan,the proportion,imputation methods,using mechanisms,and the recovery and improvement of the risk compensation still need to be further discussed. |
