| 摘 要： | 材料选择不合理．淬火时加热温度不够或保温时间不够长．以及硬度不够和金相组织不符合技术条件要求等．都能引起齿轮工作时失效。本文对上述3种失效原因进行了分析，并提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | It can lead to gear wheel's working-failure while working, because of the insuitable choice of materials ,not enough heating temperature while heat-cooling of temperature retention time is not long enough , not enough and hardness clicks and metallography organization not according with specification requirement, etc. This article just analyses the above-mentioned three reasons of working-failure and proposes some promotion measures. |
