| 摘 要： | 中国的人才强国战略需要数量充足、结构合理的技能型人力资本。然而目前的职业教育体系与中国的人才强国战略还存在诸多方面的差距。发达国家和地区工业化进程中的职业教育发展规律和技能型人才发展规模为中国职业教育规模的扩张和体系完善提供了有益启示。基于工业化进程客观评估我国职业教育的现实状况和未来趋势,我国需要科学调整职业教育政策方向,并扎实构建保障职业教育发展的教育经费、教师规模及质量体系。

| Abstract: | The strategy of invigorating nation by talents required enough skilled human capital with reasonable structure.However,there exist various gaps between present vocational education system and the strategy of invigorating the nation by talents.The development principles of vocational education and skilled talents in the process of industrialization of developed countries and regions provided beneficial enlightenments for the enlarging and system optimization of vocational education in China.Based on objective evaluation on the situation and future trend of vocational education in China based on industrialization process,China should adjust the policy direction of vocational education scientifically,and build the assurance system for finance,teachers and quality for vocational education development. |
