我国优秀女子蹦床运动员2周类空翻动作的关键技术环节研究

摘    要:采用录像解析、数理统计、对比分析等方法,对我国优秀女子蹦床运动员黄珊汕与钟杏萍2周类空翻动作触网期间的技术特征进行研究。结果表明:连续完成2周类空翻动作时压网深度呈现逐渐减小的趋势;黄珊汕纵向水平位移较大,起跳阶段水平速度偏大是主要原因;蹬伸压网过早是钟杏萍的主要技术错误;起跳不充分、过早向后翻转是两人的共性技术错误;入网瞬间与入网最低点表现出明显的角度和速度变化特征。

Abstract:Through using the method of video recording analysis,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper made study on technical character of touching the bed of double somersaults of our elite female trampolinists HUANG Shan-shan and ZHONG Xing-ping.The result shows that the depth of the foot-press have a tendency of gradual reduction in continuous performing double somersaults,Huang Shan-shan's vertical horizontal displacement is relatively serious,a higher number in horizontal speed is the main reason.The main technical error of ZHONG Xing-ping is over-early in pressing the bed.Insufficient taking off and over-early rotation backward are common technical errors for both of them.A distinct characteristic of change of angle and speed is appeared at the time of touching bed and lowest point of bed.
