| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality of librany acquisition,the author carried out the research on the basis of actual acquisition work,consulted the concept of document utilization rate and advanced the concept of annual document utilization rate,which was an jmportant index of measuring library acquisiton quality.Finally,the author discussed the necessity of its existence and the possibility of its operation. |
