| 摘 要： | 中学篮球教练员的数量和质量是影响中学篮球人才培养的重要因素之一。为了全面了解湖北省中学篮球教练现状,促进中学篮球运动的发展,为国家培养更多优秀篮球后备人才,研究采取随机抽样的调查方法,在全省70 0多所中学中抽取了1 70所中学,以这些学校的篮球教练员为研究对象,采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法对教练员年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、运动经历和业务培训状况进行了深入研究,并针对其存在的问题提出合理建议。

| Abstract: | The quantity and quality of the basketball coaches of high school are one of the important factors of influencing basketball personnel training of high school.In order to understand the coach's current situation of basketball of high school of Hubei in an all-round way,bring about an advance in basketball sport of high school,train more outstanding reserve talents of basketball for the country,take the random sampling investigation method in this research,collect 170 middle schools in more than 700 middle schools in the whole province,regard the basketball coaches of these schools as the research object,adpot the decuments and materials,queationnaire investigation,research approaches,such as mathematical statistics,etc. the author has gone through and further investigated with the professional training state coach's age composition,academic structure,professional title structure,sport,and put forward the rational suggestion to solve the problem. |
