| 摘 要： | 维护在校教职工的合法权益是《工会法》赋予高校工会的社会职能,也是高校教职工对工会的基本要求。在教育体制改革日益深入的情况下,教职工迫切需要工会来代表和维护他们的合法权益。高校工会应建立健全源头参与机制、民主管理和民主监督机制、劳动争议协调机制、法律援助机制、“送温暖”机制等,以切实维护广大教职工的合法权益。

| Abstract: | The protection of the legal rights of the teaching staff is the social duty granted by the Law of the Trade Union to the trade union in colleges,which is also the basic requirement of the teaching staff to the union.Especially when the educational system is being reformed in a deep going way,the teaching staff is eagerly in need of the labor union to protect their legal rights.This thesis illustrates how we can protect the legal rights of the teaching staff from the aspects of building a wholesome participating organization,democratic management and supervision,coordination of the labor dispute and the system of legal assistance. |
