固体热载体制得半焦的热解动力学分析

摘    要:采用TG-DTG热分析仪对伊宁长焰煤及固体热介质不同终温制得半焦进行热动力学分析,分别在升温速率10K·min^-1、20K·min^-1、30K·min^-1、40K·min^-1条件下得到的失重曲线.通过现象模型来研究热解动力学,用Coats—Redfem法求出伊宁长焰煤及其半焦热解的动力学参数.结果表明随着升温速率的提高,伊宁长焰煤及不同介质终温半焦热解后的残余量逐渐增加;活化能随着热解温度的升高而增大.

Abstract:The pyrolysis dynamic analysis of Yi Ning Long Flame Coal and semi-coke prepared by solid heat carrier of different temperature are obtained by the TG-DTG thermal analyzer,to get the reduce curve of quality in heating rate of 10K·min-1,20K·min-1,30K·min-1,40K·min-1 respectively.Using phenomenon model to discuss pyrolysis dynamics,the pyrolysis dynamics’ Parameters of Yi Ning Long Flame Coal and semi-coke are calculated based on Coats-Redfern.The results show that,with the increase of the heating rate,the residual of Yi Ning Long Flame Coal and semi-coke prepared by solid heat carrier of different temperature are increasing gradually;with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the activation energy gradually increase as well.
