安徽省城市土地利用效率与经济发展水平的耦合效应

摘    要:采用数据包络分析方法(DEA)测算2000-2011年安徽省17个地市(包括原巢湖市)土地利用效率,按其土地利用效率水平将这些城市分为高度有效型、中度有效型、较为有效型和低度有效型四种类型.依据耦合度理论,构建城市土地利用效率与经济发展水平的耦合协调度模型,结果显示:安徽省各城市土地利用效率与经济发展水平普遍处于高耦合、低协调状态.利用灰色关联度分析法可知,造成这种状况的主要因素是城市规划建设与经济发展水平不同步.为改变这种现状,在城市化发展过程中,应努力提高城市土地利用效率并发展经济,促进二者协调发展.

Abstract:The paper first calculates the efficiency of land utilization of 17 cities (including former Chaohu City) in Anhui Province from 2000 to 2011 based on DEA, and divides these cities into four types as high ef- fectiveness, moderate effectiveness, slight effectiveness and low effectiveness. According to coupling func- tion theory, the coupling coordinative degree of urban land utilization efficiency and level of economic devel- opment are measured. The results show that the coupling degree is high but the coupling coordinative degree is low between urban land utilization efficiency and economic development level. By using the grey relational analysis method, it can be found the main reason for this phenomenon is the asynchronous development be- tween city construction and economic development. In order to change this situation, we should try hard to improve the efficiency of urban land utilization and boost the economic development in the process of urbani- zation. At the same time, efforts should be made to promote the coordinate development between them.
