旅行社顾客价值营销战略外部体系略述

摘    要:顾客价值是20世纪90年代由西方营销学家提出的全新营销理念,其实质是要求企业在进行营销活动时把实现顾客利益放在首位,通过顾客利益最大化取得竞争优势,实现双赢。在旅行社中引入顾客价值这一理念,能够有效建立起旅行社顾客价值营销战略体系。

Abstract:The customer value is the 1990s the brand-new marketing idea which proposed by the western marketing scientist,its essence is requests the enterprise when carry on the marketing activity to realize the customer benefit to put on the first place,has the competitive advantage through the customer benefit maximization,realizes double wins.This article goal is introduces customer value this idea in the travel agency,establishes the travel agency customer value marketing strategy system.
